  • 🚚 Shipping & Delivery Information

    After confirming your order, we ship your products through Bosta Delivery Service to ensure fast delivery and easy tracking.

    📦 Delivery Details

    • Orders are delivered to the specified address within 7 business days from the date of confirmation.

    • Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are not counted as business days.

    • Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

    💰 Shipping Fee

    • A flat shipping rate of 60 EGP applies to all destinations across Egypt.

    • In case the shipment is not received or the order is canceled after dispatch, the shipping fee will still be charged.

    💳 Payment Method

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) only — giving you the freedom to inspect your order before paying, ensuring full comfort and trust.

    • Please make sure the required amount is available upon delivery to facilitate a smooth handover.

    ⚠️ Important Notes

    • You may inspect your order upon delivery before making payment.

    • We guarantee your right to exchange or return any product within 14 days from the date of receipt,
      provided that the items remain unused and in their original packaging.

    📬 Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number,
