We take great care to ensure that all our products are 100% authentic and imported from their original sources, and every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping to minimize the chance of any issue.

In all cases, the product must remain in its original condition, unless usage was necessary to discover that it did not match the description.

🪄 Return or Exchange Process

  1. Send a clear photo or video of the product showing the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Your request will be reviewed and responded to within 3 business days, with approval or rejection depending on the case.

  3. Upon approval, a courier will be scheduled within 4 business days to collect the product.

  4. If the product is confirmed to be completely different from its description on the website, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
